Samuel Hayden is legendary Australian mechanical engineer, who is the CEO of the Australian IS Institute, and is famed for being the worlds most smartest man on the planet, surpassing Tabane Shinonono.

Early Life & Childhood
Born in the Hayden Family in 1894, Samuel lead a hard life, as the family was with the Australian government, and the military. During his life, he was trained relentlessly in many fields to which he was able to to be seen as a prodigy to the family when he graduated high school at the age of only 15, and was able go to university, and even graduate at the age of just only 18.
He then started to do even more study into biology, bio-engineering, and even other fields that includes nuclear-engineering. However, things changed when World War I started.
World War I
When World War I struck, Samuel lead the team that created weaponry, and was the head of Command to inform tactical plans. He then soon lead many battles with plans, and great tactical results.
Samuel was also an doctor who assisted in Gallipoli, and helped the injured soldiers.
Samuel is one of the signers of the Treaty of Versailles
Augmentations
Just when World War I ended, Samuel then started to proceed with experimental augmentations, and serums to make him more intelligence, stronger, agile, and process more information, and do calculations on a greater scale. Is considered an super-genius to all before the augmentations. Samuel disagrees, and would only say just under genius-level.
When the augmentations procedures was finished, he slept within a cyro-stasis pod until 1939 to help them finish with a certain weapon.
World War II
Samuel was a critical scientist in World War II for finalizing the atomic bombs in the United States. He had even personally created the two nuclear bombs that would be used upon Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
After the bombs fell, and the end of World War II. Samuel didn't know where the nukes were used at, and when he found out. He immediately traveled to Japan to Hiroshima, and Nagasaki to assist the Japanese in recuperating from a horrible weapon he help create.
21st Century
2015-2025
Samuel is the CEO of the Australian IS Institute after the introduction of the Infinite Stratos or simply "IS" in year 2015. The Australian government had placed him as CEO due to his unrivaled mind, and augmented physiology. He would then research, and conduct with the IS Cores, and make the experimental IS. Due to his intellect, he was able to make an 5th-Generation IS when most of the world was just starting to enter the 3rd, and even so, made the 6th-generation, which is now being used by the first-year student of the IS Academy, Cody Cuidightheach.
